Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Where do you ship?
We currently offer local delivery within Montréal and surrounding areas, with limited shipping options depending on weather conditions. A delivery fee applies to all orders.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes—pickup details will be provided at checkout or upon order confirmation.
How are the bonbons packaged?
Each box is carefully packaged to protect the chocolates from temperature and movement, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition.
How should I store my bonbons?
Store your bonbons in a cool, dry place between 16–18°C, away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration if possible.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our chocolates contain nuts and gluten and are dairy free. They may also come into contact with soy during production.
Do you offer vegan or dairy-free options?

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely. Our collections are designed for gifting, and you may include a personalized message at checkout.
