SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Each Bonbomb collection is handcrafted in Montréal in small batches. Variations in color, design, and finish are part of the artisanal nature of our products.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, colors and finishes may vary depending on your screen settings and device.

Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product. Minor visual changes (such as bloom) may occur during transit and do not affect quality or safety.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All orders placed through our site are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 4 – PRICING & BILLING

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated. These will be calculated at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship within Canada only.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or conditions beyond our control.

Due to the nature of chocolate, customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate conditions for delivery and storage upon receipt.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including branding, photography, product design, text, and visuals—is the property of Chocolaterie Bonbomb Inc. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Certain tools or services may be provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
