Local Shipping (Montréal & Surrounding Areas)

Bonbomb currently offers local shipping within Montréal and surrounding areas only. We do not ship outside this region.


Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee applies to all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.


Processing Time

All Bonbomb collections are handcrafted in small batches in Montréal. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and route planning. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or high-volume periods.


Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order, as bonbons are temperature-sensitive and should be brought inside promptly.

Bonbomb is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


Temperature-Sensitive Products

Our chocolates are delicate and sensitive to heat. Each order is carefully packaged to preserve quality during transit. However, we cannot be responsible for changes in appearance or texture that occur after delivery due to environmental conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chocobonbombs@gmail.com, including your order number and photos.

Each case will be reviewed individually so we can assist you appropriately.
