Returns & Exchanges
At Bonbomb, each collection is handcrafted in Montréal in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates and in accordance with food safety standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at chocobonbombs@gmail.com.
Kindly include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it promptly. We take great care in packaging and quality control and will review each case accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All Bonbomb products are non-returnable, including:
  • Perishable goods (all chocolate bonbons and confections)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items and gift cards

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Bonbomb does not ship outside of Canada.
